CUSTOMER AGREEMENT TO OUR SERVICES
At Clean Away 360, we believe that clear expectations = happy clients + smooth operations. These Terms of Service outline how we work with clients, protect our staff, and ensure your home is cared for in the best possible way.
We donβt believe in binding long-term contracts. Instead, this agreement serves as a written understanding between both parties while services are active.
β¨ Our Goal: To provide reliable, professional cleaning with high-quality results, consistency, and trust.
Liability Policies
- π§Ή Reliable Service: Clean Away 360 staff agree to provide services in a trustworthy and dependable manner.
- π οΈ Accidents Happen: We are fully insured. Each incident is reviewed individually. Sentimental or fragile items should be identified during consultation so they are avoided.
- π Sensitive Items: Cleaners will not touch paperwork, legal/financial documents, or private files.
- πͺ Safety First:
– No ladders higher than 2 steps
– No climbing on furniture
– No moving heavy objects
– Glass display cabinets will not be opened
– Flat-screen TVs and electronics will not be touched - π‘ Surface Care: We are not responsible for damage to improperly installed or unsealed surfaces. Please inform us of unsealed surfaces ahead of time.
Business Policies
- πΏ Eco-Friendly: We use green cleaning products, with stronger solutions only when necessary.
- πΎ Animal Policy: We do not clean cages, litter boxes, droppings, or bodily fluids.
- π Keys: Keys provided will be securely stored. Locksmith costs are only covered if we misplace a key.
- π Alarms: Please turn off alarms before service. We are not responsible for tripped alarms.
- π Shoes: For safety, our cleaners wear slip-resistant shoes.
Cancellation, Payment & Pausing Services
- β Cancellation:
– Cancel 48 hrs before service to avoid a $50 fee.
– Cancellations under 48 hrs = 50% of service cost.
- π΅ Rate Increases: Prices may adjust with notice (inflation, service changes, etc.).
- π Pet Safety: Aggressive/barking pets must be restrained. Rooms with unrestrained pets will not be cleaned.
- π³ Payments: Credit cards only. Payments processed on the day of service. No cash/checks.
- βΈοΈ Pausing Services:
– Maintenance Clients Only: Pausing is only available for maintenance service plans.
– Upkeep Pauses: If your home is maintained during the pause, services will resume at your regular maintenance rate.
– Extended Pauses: If upkeep has not been done, an extended maintenance or deep clean may be required before resuming the regular schedule.
– Renovations/Construction: Please contact us for a custom quote to resume services.
- πͺ Refund Policy: No refunds are given due to the personal nature of cleaning. However, if any area is unsatisfactory, we will re-clean it free of charge if reported within 24 hours as part of our 100% Satisfaction Guarantee.
Right to Refuse or Terminate Service
- We may deny/terminate service due to:
– Safety concerns
– Inappropriate behavior
– Financial issues
– Solicitation of employees for private hire
- π Vacant & Make-Ready Properties:
– Utilities must be ON
– Must be fully vacant (no trash, scraps, or debris)
– Garages, debris removal, and construction clean-up available by request at extra fee
What We DO NOT Clean
- πΊ Make bunk beds (insurance restrictions)
- πΊ Mini blinds (fragile/metal edges)
- πΊ Biohazard, fecal matter, or bodily fluids
- πΊ Electronics (TVs, keyboards, smart devices, etc.)
- πΊ Hoarding situations
- πΊ Wall washing
Communication Policy
- Entrance & exit instructions must be discussed before service.
- Clean Away 360 only communicates with the paying client.
- If property ownership overlaps (e.g., closing dates), services may be terminated and 50% non-refundable deposit kept to compensate staff.
Employee Solicitation Policy
- Clients may not hire/solicit our cleaners outside of Clean Away 360. Doing so will result in immediate termination of services.
Tipping Policy
- Tips are not required but always appreciated as a gesture of gratitude for hard work.
Business Hours & Holidays
- Hours: 9:00 AM β 5:00 PM (with a 60-min arrival window)
- No Service on Holidays:
