CUSTOMER AGREEMENT TO OUR SERVICES

Liability Policies

  1. 🧹 Reliable Service: Clean Away 360 and our staff agree to provide services stated in the contract in a reliable and trustworthy manner.
  2. πŸ› οΈ Accidents Happen: While we are fully insured for your peace of mind, each incident is unique and will be thoroughly reviewed at the time it occurs. If your home contains sentimental or exceptionally fragile items, these will be avoided during cleaning. Such items will be discussed during your consultation, and a note will be added to the job instructions specifying that they should not be cleaned or moved.

Breakage or Damage Policies:

  • Each incident is reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Please save the broken or damaged item for inspection.
  • Report the issue as soon as possible after the cleaning.

    • Glass doors (e.g., china cabinets, curios) will not be opened.
    • Flat-screen TVs will not be touched.
    • If heavy items need cleaning behind them, please move them beforehand.
  3. 🏑 Surface Care: We are not responsible for damage caused by improperly installed objects. Assume all surfaces are sealed unless you notify us otherwise.

Business Policies

  1. 🌿 Eco-Friendly: Clean Away 360 uses only green products but may use heavy-duty cleaners for tough jobs.
  2. 🐾 Animal Policies: We do not clean animal cages, litter boxes, droppings, human waste, or bodily fluids.
  3. πŸ”‘ Key Security: We recommend providing a key for secure entry, which will be stored safely. Locksmith fees will only be covered if we misplace the key.
  4. πŸ”” Alarms: Preferably, turn off alarms before cleaning. Clean Away 360 is not responsible for tripped alarms.
  5. πŸ‘Ÿ Footwear: For safety, cleaners wear slip-resistant shoes at all times.

Cancellation, Late Fee, and Payment Policies

  1. ❌ Cancellation Policy: Notify us 48 hours before your scheduled service to avoid a $30 cancellation fee (50% of the cleaning fee if canceled late).
  2. πŸ’΅ Rate Increases: Clean Away 360 reserves the right to adjust prices with prior notice due to factors like inflation or added service requests.
  3. πŸ• Pet Safety: Aggressive or barking pets must be restrained. We will not clean rooms where pets are confined.

Right to Refuse or Terminate Service

🚫 We reserve the right to deny or terminate service due to safety concerns, inappropriate behavior, financial issues, or if cleaners are solicited outside of Clean Away 360.


Payment Arrangements

    • A $30 fee applies for non-payment or returned checks.
  2. πŸͺ™ Refund Policy: Due to the personalized nature of cleaning, we do not offer refunds. However, we will re-clean any unsatisfactory areas free of charge as part of our 100% Satisfaction Guarantee.

Business Hours and Holidays
