Our maintenance* level package is perfect for weekly, biweekly, or monthly cleans. This is great for routinely keeping your home in order while you enjoy your time off.

Top to Bottom Deluxe Cleanings

It’s our job to help you choose the right level of service for your needs.  Choosing the right type of service to be performed in your home is the only way to have a successful outcome when you hire a cleaning service.  If you insist on purchasing less service than you need, you will be disappointed with the results no matter who you hire.  It is for this reason, that we strongly suggest that you start with a Top-To-Bottom Deluxe Cleaning for your first service visit.  A Maintenance General Cleaning is only recommended if you had professional cleaning within the last four weeks.

General Cleaning

This is one of the most popular services before holidays, parties & special events.Our general* clean is a deeper version of our maintenance clean and is a detailed clean of your home. This package requires more time than a maintenance clean and can be purchased as a first time clean. Great way to get your home under control!

Move In / Move Out Cleaning

Move in / move out cleaning services help ensure that the residence is fully prepared to become a home again. Even a regularly cleaned home benefits from this service – since we can attain an entirely different level of thoroughness in an empty home.

FOR ALL HOUSE CLEANING SERVICES

It is presumed the home will be in order and somewhat picked up to facilitate cleaning.

We do not climb higher than a 2-step ladder. Higher items will only be dusted w/ an extension duster. We cannot move furniture, but we will try to reach any visible places either by hand or with an extension duster.

Please allow for some dust resettlement after we leave, we try to limit the dust in the air but cannot prevent this entirely.

Please Take Note of the Following:

• Dishes will not be washed. If there is an empty dishwasher, we will load, but must be noted on work order
• We do not pick up waste, blood or feces (animal or human)
• We are not permitted to open glass doors (example: china cabinets, curio, entertainment center, etc.)
• For insurance purposes, we do not climb higher than 2 steps on a step ladder
• Flat Screen Televisions will NOT be touched

Extras (Additional Charges Apply):

• Hand wipe all baseboards ($60-$80)
• Refrigerator/freezer interior cleaning ($40)
• Oven interior cleaning ($40)
• Hand wash wood blinds or shutters ($10 per blind / shutter)
